Compliance Director/Senior Manager

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, at least 10 years' experience in related functions in Insurance Industry, fully experienced in compliance system and regulatory requirements of life insurance company, and familiar with the business operation of life insurance company.
2. Be high integrity and honesty, delighted and dedicated, able to work under pressure.
3. Be proactive and result-oriented, good at communication and coordination, with good project management/ problem solving /analytical/ learning skills, able to work carefully and meticulously. Be good at planning and setting priorities, Integrating, and utilizing resources; team management experience required, with strong people management skills and leadership.

6. Be excellent in spoken and written English and Mandarin, proficient in Office tools, strong business reporting and presentation skills
